Depending on where you are in the World International delivery can take between 5 and 30 working days, particularly if there's a hold up at customs. Standard International parcels are not tracked. Shipping delays are frustrating for everyone involved but please be patient and wait 30 days.
Please note: buyers are responsible for any tax or customs duties.
Returns

Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.
Please note, postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. If you change your mind about the product then you will have to pay for the return postage and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase + original postage cost. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and get in touch straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back so I can see what went wrong.
